Meditation
In this description, we would like to take you on a journey of meditation, where you can learn to unfold your mind and nurture it in an atmosphere of relaxation. The art of meditation begins with choosing a comfortable position, whether reclining, sitting upright, or lying down. This is the beginning of your journey, where your physical body creates a relaxed foundation for your mind.
Chapter 1: The Basics of Posture
Reclining, Sitting Upright, or Lying Down?
Reclining: A loose and comfortable posture, whether in a lounge chair, office chair, or adjustable chair, helps you bring your body into deep relaxation.
Sitting Upright: A classic position for focus and awareness.
Lying Down: This position is also ideal if you are unable to sit upright, as it allows you to experience deep relaxation and letting go, even when you feel weak or exhausted.
Chapter 2: Healing Stones as the Key to Unfoldment
The Role of Healing Stones in Meditation
Healing stones are like vitamins for the mind; they promote spiritual health and support the meditation process.
Each stone carries unique energies that can enrich various aspects of meditation.
Chapter 3: The Practice of Meditation
The Fusion of Posture and Healing Stones
Create a space of calm and let your body rest in a relaxed position.
To feel the energy, touch your stones with your fingertips, as the fingertips function like straws for energy. However, let your fingers not touch each other. If this happens, your conscious mind is reset, and in meditation, your conscious mind should rest so that the subconscious can unfold.
Immerse yourself in the silence and allow the healing stones to flood your meditation with their energy.
Auric Expression
Auric expressions are energy patterns that reflect emotions, feelings, thoughts, and the present state of a person. They arise as byproducts of the energy frequencies a person produces. These subtle patterns shape the aura and offer insights into a person’s energetic signature and inner condition.
1) Clear – The absence of color symbolizes clarity, clear thoughts, and transparency. Clear crystals like Danburite and Quartz possess no inherent frequency and serve as mediums for other vibrations, without distinct characteristics.
2) White – Represents high-vibrational frequencies, found in stones such as Selenite and Phenacite. It supports the bone structure, resonates with all chakras, and reflects pure energy from higher frequencies.
3) Purple – Symbolizes knowledge, especially spiritual knowledge. Deeper shades indicate greater depth and are connected to the crown chakras. Purple, as in Amethyst, provides a medium frequency and calms the brain for access to the extensive knowledge in the source field (Akashic Records).
4) Orange – Radiates an aura of happiness and joy, with a wavelength slightly longer than purple. It has a smoothing effect and can improve mood. You can find this in Orange Calcite. Combine it with Bornite (Chalcopyrite) for a more optimistic outlook on life.
5) Citrine (Clear Yellow/Orange) – This clear yellow/orange aura has a higher vibration than orange and purple. It is excellent for cleansing the brain, similar to how real lemon yellow aids in cleaning processes. This promotes hyper-focused thinking. It is seen in many places, such as the upper and middle crown chakras, and is also the auric expression of determination in the solar plexus. Lemon-yellow stones, especially in raw form, have excellent cleansing properties.
6) Dark Blue – This is the frequency of affirmations as well as the pineal gland. In the human brain, it’s associated with multidimensional sight and the power of language. Deep blue is also the auric expression of strong determination. This is required to see multidimensionally through the pineal gland from within a physical body. Lapis Lazuli and Azurite are wonderful sources.
7) Light Blue – This is literally the auric expression of hope. Try using light blue and orange together for a better feeling. It is also somewhat gentler, comparable to the difference between Larimar and Lapis Lazuli. Larimar, pale blue Jasper, and Turquoise possess this quality.
8) Yellow – This is the color of the solar plexus, usually associated with spirit-core energy. It has strong endurance and relaxed, strong determination. Yellow Aventurine is a powerful source of this energy.
9) Ruby Purple Red – This is the natural aura of relaxed heart energy. It has strong but deeper endurance than yellow. Its auric expression is a mix of deep violet and red, as found in most rubies and garnets.
10) Red – The “fire engine red” color comes from the frequency of strong and active love. Only the heart can generate this aura. Red Aventurine is one of many sources of this frequency type.
11) Pink – Associated with compassion, whether for an individual or for all. It originates primarily in the heart energy field, but is also part of the singular frequency that emerges from the base energy field or base chakra. Rhodonite and Rhodochrosite are good sources.
12) Light Green – This is the frequency of spiritual healing. It helps clear and heal the spirits in the body—very powerful. Green Aventurine has these frequencies in abundance.
13) Dark Green – Here is the auric expression of powerful physical healing. The heart produces this to take care of physical injuries. The more serious the need, the deeper the green. The spirit-core energy also contributes to this process. The energy frequency of a dark green aura is dense energy.
14) Beige – This is the auric expression of a rather neutral and relaxing frequency. That’s why it feels that way. The sand on the beach contributes to the relaxing frequencies there.
15) Brown – This auric expression is very similar to the frequency created by the beige aura. It is a strong and relaxing yet solid frequency, just as brown earth is a strong base or foundation to build on. The earth feels the same when you walk on it. It is found in all brown stones.
16) Thin Charcoal Gray/Black – This is a different auric expression, as it is not just one but many. It is a collection of all available frequencies to empower you for protection or aggression. It appears as a thin charcoal gray/black. The stronger the group of frequencies used, the darker it becomes to fulfill its purpose, especially when you need to be at your strongest.
17) Deep Black – It is strong and can be very aggressive, but doesn’t have to be. It is associated with extreme anger or the condensation of personal power. It is found in Black Onyx.
Energy Points
Chakras, which function as focal points, are subtle energy centers along the spine that form a vital part of our spiritual and energetic system. These delicate, spinning wheels—from the Base Chakra to the Crown Chakra—create an energy vortex through which the soul or spirit flows, rising from the foundation of the Base Chakra to the peak of the head and returning again.
There are three main energy focal points in your body that relate to your metaphysical abilities. Here are the three primary energy points or outlets in our body: the Pineal, the Heart, and the Solar Plexus. Every physical body expresses one of these three energy focal points more strongly than the other two. This is your spiritual core alignment. Some bodies are more dominant in the Pineal field, others in the Heart, and the rest in the Solar Plexus.
The Pineal Field is used for multidimensional vision. It helps you see things beyond this third dimension.
The next energy focal point below the pineal is the heart energy field. While it is not the strongest single energy area, it produces the most powerful effects of all. The heart picks up the strongest thoughts from the brain (data) and emotions from the base focal point or chakra (where the spine attaches to the pelvic bone) and uses them to create feelings. These feelings flow from the heart energy up to the hypothalamus in the brain, where "understanding" arises. The heart does much more than just circulate blood and nutrients throughout the body.
The strongest individual energetic focal point in your body is the Solar Plexus. The keyword here is individual. The heart energy brings together all the different energy fields, but here we are talking about a single point. On average, about 7/8 of your solar plexus energy is embedded in your core spirit flow. The solar plexus is also the primary point of understanding in your body.
Upper, Middle, and Lower Crowns / Crown Chakras:
This area is located in the upper section of the spiritual core. The upper crown has a shape somewhat like a gradual funnel with a wide opening at the bottom. Its function is to channel energy from the field into your physical body where it is needed. There is an energetic ring that defines the outer shape of your upper crown energy focal point. The frequencies are almost always similar to those of a selenite wand. The shape is essentially circular, but the sides have a slight outward movement toward the ears.
The funneling effect of the upper crown directs energy into the head and onto the middle crown, which acts like a lens. The energy moves through the middle crown and focuses on the lower crown, where it merges energy and information with the hypothalamus gland. It is here that understanding is created between the lower crown field, the hypothalamus gland, and the heart energy field. Almost the entire body provides input into this process, but ultimately, these three areas are what actually create it.
When the lower crown field receives energy from the others, it saturates itself with it, almost like a small reservoir. The energy lights up and becomes denser as it receives more input. Then something unique happens in the body. There is an electromagnetic storm that brings other energies together, which collectively form the four previously accumulated energy fields.
They are one, yet have four individual characteristics that act as a unit to create understanding within you.
Upper Crown Chakra: Amethyst
Middle Crown Chakra: Citrine
Lower Crown Chakra: Celestite
Scanner:
The scanner generates a higher-quality energy field that exits from the upper frontal section of the head, where the forehead meets the top of the head. It extends outward, similar to the Pineal Field, from a few inches up to about a foot. It begins as a dense field within the brain and flows outward. It is a large energy field shaped like a screen, similar to a retina, located in the immediate frontal part of the frontal lobe on both sides. It is a separate energy field that glows intensely when in use. Both the scanner and the pineal gland use this field. All small energized vortices send their input into this field and then transmit incoming visions to the hypothalamus, eventually reaching your spiritual core (Core/Prana). The scanner is the largest producer of ESP. ESP stands for Extrasensory Perception, which combines any and all meta-abilities to receive metaphysical information: vision, understanding, or data. It is a consciousness sensor.
Frontal Lobe Energy Field:
It belongs to the general category of the brain, but is specific enough to be considered a significant energy focal point. The energetic field within the larynx, commonly known as the Throat Chakra, is part of the pineal gland energy field, making it one of the most important energetic focal points. It helps us to express ourselves—our thoughts, feelings, ideas, and so on. However, its function is not as important for your meta-abilities as the front frontal lobe energy field.
The front frontal lobe energy focal point plays an important role in your ability to receive, produce, and define images for both the scanner and the pineal gland. Just as the retina of the eye helps with seeing, so does this energy field. The difference is that your flowing energy replaces the differentiated light variation of the retina and enables physical sight. This energetic field constantly transmits images from your scanner and pineal energy fields. The more you focus on either the pineal or scanner energy field, the more strongly they focus in your front frontal lobe energy field. Here, your pituitary gland works hard to help you focus more clearly. The stone jasper is a wonderful aid here. Its energy is beneficial, but remember that stone energy is like a vitamin. It will help you when it is in your system, but it is only a support.
This front frontal lobe energy field adapts almost to the inside of your skull’s forehead and the immediate upper area, just behind the nasal cavity and above it. It is usually about 1–2 inches thick. The more you use your pineal and scanner meta-abilities, the stronger its energy becomes and the denser it will appear and be. When you use your scanner, you can often feel the thickness in your head in this area. Lapis lazuli, jasper, citrine, clear crystal, and selenite will help you greatly here.
Pineal Focal Point / Pineal Gland:
The pineal gland and its neighboring region are responsible for generating the necessary energy to see things multidimensionally. The gland is located directly behind the area where the brainstem becomes part of the brain. It is said to reside in the third ventricle of the brain, almost exactly in the center, but near the lower rear part of the brain.
The brainstem leads into the brain and opens up into a larger section, which eventually merges into the majority of the brain. It is located near the lower middle part of the brain and directly behind the area where this midbrain section is. Astral projection occurs through the pineal field, which is generated by the pineal gland. You could say that the pineal gland creates the pineal field, since it comes directly from it, but it is your mind that manipulates the pineal gland to create the field. For the sake of smooth flow of thought, we refer to the pineal gland as generating its field.
The pineal field moves from the center of your forehead down to about your collarbone or clavicle, as it is often called. This includes your larynx or vocal cords, which is why lapis lazuli is often found in the pockets or necklaces of people who speak a lot in public.
A large part of this field moves forward through your forehead in the shape of a cone with an almost spherical form at the end, a few inches to a foot out from your head. The rest of the field intensifies around your larynx, but the whole area glows with blue aura energy. As mentioned before, lapis lazuli has strong frequencies that are extremely beneficial for the pineal gland.
Heart Focal Point / Heart Chakra:
The task of the heart is to use all other fields along with its own to generate energy, feelings, and understanding, which defines who we truly are.
Human bodies are both simple and complex in their structure and performance. They are constantly reaching out and communicating everywhere with the heart energies of other people.
Your heart energy, partially embedded in your core spirit, picks up outstanding thoughts from your brain that flow through your core and mixes them with the emotional energy from your base chakra, which is located in the area of your pelvic bone, often referred to as the root chakra. With these two fundamental inputs, the heart energy produces all your feelings. Your feelings are constantly changing in relation to your thoughts and emotions.
The production of understanding is similar, only a bit more complex. The hypothalamus gland and its neighboring region work together with the heart energy and everything it does. Since the hypothalamus gland continuously works with the heart energy, it is necessary for the daily functioning of your body, including sleep. As this gland receives and processes everything, it continuously develops—supported by the heart energy—what you feel, and understands—supported by the ongoing raw data from the brain.
When the heart energy leaves the body, it continuously communicates to other heart energy fields essentially what it feels and even partially understands. That is why "feeling" and "understanding" are like cousins, different branches of the same tree. Now you can understand the importance of the hypothalamus gland in relation to the functions of your heart energy and the rest of who you are. It is a necessary part of how you, as a spirit, express who you truly are through your body.
A part of the power of the heart energy field focal point lies in its ability to generate so many different frequencies, all of which are related to the base frequency of the heart energy itself. The original base frequency of the heart energy has a very wide bandwidth, if we imagine it as an analog signal on an oscilloscope. In reality, it is a thick energy field that can release modified parts of itself. In its natural state, from which it generates various feelings, the auric expression of heart energy is deep violet and ruby red.
Solar Plexus Chakra:
Here is the big one, the source of gut feelings—the Solar Plexus. It radiates a deep yellow aura. This is the core of your intuition, about 7/8 of which is embedded in your core spirit. It has a basic functional process of yes or no, but instead of an on/off switch, it has a dial. In electronic terms, we would call this a potentiometer. There are different degrees of “yes” or “no,” allowing for the possibility of a “maybe.”
When you reach one of these “maybe” points, your Solar Plexus intuition works harder and tries to grasp all involved variables. Here, it has the advantage of already residing in the core spirit. It accesses all available information to redefine and clarify the instructive data within its intuitive parameters. It activates its energy to make a decision: yes or no, good or bad, stay or go, etc.
The Solar Plexus uses the scanner field more than the others. It usually does not draw other information from the core spirit (except the scanner), unless it considers it necessary for specific clarity. This energetic focal point works continuously like the others, being part of the whole and fulfilling its task. When necessary, it activates strongly and draws strong energy from the core spirit to fulfill its tasks. At this point, it is the strongest singular energy field focal point in the body.
If people have deformed or damaged spines, the energy field of the Solar Plexus is negatively affected. It's like throwing huge rocks into a small river and disrupting its flow. The same happens to its energy. The flow is interrupted.
Base Chakra:
There is a lot of energy swirling here. First, the spirit core continuously flows from the upper crown field to the base energy field. It is like a river that flows through itself, with something like a vortex at each end. You can't really call it a true vortex because it flows through itself, but as energy, it mostly looks similar. The brain (the whole mass of it) controls the nervous system in our body. And our physical nervous system allows our electromagnetic spirit energy to pass through.
The brain regulates the intensity of the singular frequency emitted by the base field, which then differentiates as fear or, from that, as anger, just outside the outer shell of the base field at the sacral base. If you want to use physical measurements, about 2–5 centimeters above the base of your sacrum is the point where this fear frequency becomes thicker and turns into anger.
Initial data to your brain, either through your physical eyes or your metaphysical senses, tells you that there is immediate danger or concern. It is a known fact (for your brain) that you must react immediately. This is called a “fight or flight” scenario. The brain sends an incredibly fast burst of energy directly down the spirit core to the coccyx, without interruption along the way. The coccyx is located in the center of the pelvic bone complex, where the base energy field exists. Depending on the intensity of this brain impulse, the base energy field generates its singular and unique frequency into a powerful sphere, whose size and intensity are relative to the calculated needs of the brain for the moment.
This extremely strong energy field then enters through the lower spirit core vortex via the coccyx and goes directly to the brain, but also supplies the entire nervous system of your body, including all your other energy fields. The brain then decides on the “fight or flight” question, which is now distributed lightning fast throughout your nervous system. That is how you can feel fear and even anger throughout your entire body, especially fear. It allows you to react instantly, even if it’s just goosebumps on your arms. Your brain controls the intensity. You also act as quickly as your body allows. This is how the frequency of fear is created and spreads throughout the physical body. Fear is first created in the base energy field. Now we come to anger, what it is, and how it arises.
It begins with fear but is immediately transformed into a thicker frequency—hence its black aura. Once the base field has been energized by the brain, the corresponding size and intensity of its unique frequency are generated. If it’s just a minor issue, this base field will produce a smaller sphere or a smaller field. It’s still the same extremely fast frequency, just less of it.
When things are urgent, it is bigger, more powerful. The intensity remains the same to move up and down the spirit core quickly, without slowing down. It is the massive frequencies that produce the immediate leap into the “fight or flight” syndrome. This doesn’t even take a second, barely a fraction thereof.
When this particular high-frequency, short-wavelength, high-peak frequency is generated, it rises directly into the lower spirit core vortex. While all this is happening, the brain continues to send a strong impulse through the lower spirit core vortex. If the body needs to enter the action of protection or fighting, the brain's impulse changes and picks up the frequencies of the base field at the upper outer edge of the base field, which is located at the sacral base in the spine.
Here, the new frequency of the brain picks up the frequencies of the base field (mostly thicker, slightly pink aura) and generates a strong frequency of steadfastness (black aura), which maintains the speed of the original base field frequency. Then your muscles will either engage in the fight or remove you from the situation.
Root Chakra:
The root energy field is located around and beneath your feet, the part of your body closest to the surface of the earth. Sometimes your personal energetic qualities make you jump to conclusions, worry, or even tremble with fear. If you feel that things are “getting out of control,” so to speak, just take a few natural deep breaths and let your energy flow inward.
Every time you take a few relaxing breaths, you feel yourself flowing a little further into yourself, until you finally calm down enough to connect with the field.
The earth is the body of Gaia—the planetary essence. She is powerful and has an abundance of dark green and deep brown frequencies. The auric expression of the frequency of relaxing energy is brown. Deep green auras come from physical healing energy. This is absorbed into you through the root energy field—relaxing energy, if you can access it.
It is absorbed in the feet and legs and then gently flows upward into your base energy field and then upward into your spirit core. When you consciously engage in the thought process to relax and enter Gaia’s energy, you make the conscious decision to extend your energy a little further down into your legs to absorb it. You feel it, and then let go of any thought about doing it. Your spirit does the rest.
