Each NAONA Atelier piece is handmade with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping provider.

We ship to Germany, the European Union, and selected non-EU international destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@naonaatelier.com.

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, or local postal partners, depending on the destination.

GERMANY

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 business days

EUROPEAN UNION

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days

INTERNATIONAL / NON-EU

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

DUTIES & TAXES

The total price displayed at checkout includes any applicable duties, customs fees, and import taxes. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

RETURNS

If something doesn’t feel right, you may return your piece within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different piece, please return your item and place a new order.
